After I had called another bond company, I got tired of them because they did not want to call the jail then call us back. We waited all day to get someone bailed out (per them, it was better to wait for a transfer). I did a Google search and found Doc's. I called them and Angelica was AMAZING! As much as we all think we will never need a bail bondsman.. well.. here we are.. ha! I was unfamiliar with the process and needless to say frustrated with the whole ordeal. As an attorney, Doc's is our firm's go-to for Dallas clients. I recently had a very complicated out of state transfer bond I was dealing with. Doc's son, JW, went above and beyond in assisting me with getting my client out of jail in another State and dealing with their local bond here in Dallas, all the while walking my client through the process and putting them at ease. My client is sleeping in his own bed tonight, instead of in a County bunk because of JW. I fully endorse these guys if you need a bond posted.

My 17yr old son was arrested on a possession charge (>2oz marajuana) and was being held at Lew Sterrett. As a law abiding citizen with no knowledge of the inner workings of the local judicial system I was terrified and frantic to get him out. From my very first phone call in the middle of the night to the morning his case was dismissed, ALL of Docs employees have been nothing short of amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and resourceful. Perhaps I'm naive or jaded but a Bail Bonds facilitator was the last placed I expected to find superior customer service but they have by far surpassed any of my expectations. They offer affordable payment arrangements, dont give you the run arounds, and they even do follow ups to check on you and let you know whats going on with the case. Gloria and Bob are absolutely AMAZING!..I called Gloria to bond my husband out of jail. She gave an afforded amount and explained the process to me because i didnt know much, never had to do this before. The only thing i will complain about is the time it took for the county, not Dallas county, to receive the bond information and lift their warrant since my husband was jailed in Dallas county. Bob was very sympathetic to my aggravation to the situation. He answered every time i called and give me step by step of the process. I will definitely use this company again if needed...but make sure your love one has tickets in the same county he's arrested in....if not, anticipate a VERY LONG process.

Docs is one of the few honest ones still out there! I hear horror stories almost every single day where someone went “somewhere else” and that other company said one thing whilst doing another. Doc's doesn't play games like that - they are, and always will be, straight up with you during the entire process... they aren't going to take your money if they don't plan on doing the bond - if they have an issue, they let it be known while you're still in the office so it can be handled immediately, rather than holding your money hostage like some of those other companies.

I was very disappointed after going to "Another" bond company first who quoted me a very low fee on the phone but had all kinds of hidden charges when I got there, and a Bondsman/Attorney who made promises, and had me waiting in front of their office on a Sunday morning and didn't show!
